🌟 Exciting Opportunity for Our Parents: Complimentary Fitness Taster Classes! 🌟

We are thrilled to share an exciting opportunity for our nursery families! We have partnered with local personal trainer James Connelly, who recently went viral for his incredible postnatal mummy class in Westhill. 🎉💪 James has generously offered to host complimentary taster fitness classes, one exclusively for mummies and another for daddies.

These sessions will take place in the studio at the gym next door to the nursery 🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♂️, with limited spaces (15-20 per class) available on a first-come, first-served basis. ⏳✨

📅 Class Details:
👩‍👧 Mummy’s Class – Tuesday, 18th February at 6:30 PM
👨‍👦 Daddy’s Class – Tuesday, 25th February at 6:30 PM

At our nursery, we believe that the well-being of our parents is just as important as the care and development of the children we look after. 🥰👶 This year, we are committed to introducing more well-being initiatives for our parents and carers, starting with this self-care fitness class. 🧘‍♀️🏃‍♂️
