This #ChildrenMentalHealthWeek, we embraced a creative and interactive way to help children express their emotions! 🎨✨ Through transient art activities, they used natural materials, colors, and shapes to explore and communicate how they’re feeling in a safe and playful space. 😊😭😡🤣🥰

From building colorful patterns to shaping emotions in different forms, it was incredible to see how art can unlock important conversations about mental health. 🧡

Let’s continue to encourage our children to express themselves and remind them that all emotions are okay. 💭💛
